Voice Magic

tuning the body-mind

Voice Magic logo depicting the human voice as an alchemical transformation.

Your voice is a magical instrument:

—it activates your full resonance

—it expands your capacity to think, feel, speak, and act consciously, with a felt sense of agency in your life (a.k.a. empowerment)

—it helps you process emotions and reconnect to your embodied creativity

Voice is an alchemist. I’m passionate about helping you learn how to use Voice Magic to shift frozen energy and self-conscious patterns, so you can access deeper spaces of embodiment, clarity, and turn on your magnetic source.

Why is it so potent?

Because the voice is a bridge between the known and unknown parts of us, between the somatic information we receive from our body and our communicative expression.

It has the power to signal deep safety to our nervous system while also revealing our inner states through its vibration:

  • If we are dysregulated, our voice is often forced and strained.

  • If we are harmonized, our voice feels resonant and relaxed.

So how do we harmonize?

When we use our voice in focused ways, it actively stimulates the vagus nerve, the longest cranial nerve of our body primarily responsible for our parasympathetic nervous system regulation (inner presence and calm).

Since the vagus nerve runs from brainstem to abdomen and fully innervates the larynx (our voice box), it’s intimately interconnected with our voice and deeply impacted by it.

Through our voice, we can move from overwhelm into clear knowing as we tune the deepest layers of our body-mind.

“Working just 5 weeks with Ana opened my heart, mind and broadened my understanding of the subtle nuances of sound and voice. I felt gently encouraged to explore my voice in such a beautiful way. Her creative, wise, often playful exercises led to both laughter and tears. I am grateful to have gained a new appreciation for and acceptance of my voice, and ultimately of myself.”
